When you have signed documents to access the National Population Database and your digital certificate has expired, you need to:
Reset the digital certificate and install it on the computer from which the NPD is accessible.
For users from municipal administrations and consular officials, access the Internet Explorer page at:
Access for users from municipal administrations and consular officials
For all other users, access the Internet Explorer page at:
Access for users outside the municipal administrations and consular officials
In case of problems with the installation and use of digital certificates, questions should be referred to the relevant digital certificate provider (universal electronic signature).
In case of problems with access to the NPD, an e-mail can be sent indicating the name of the organization (administration), the name of the user and the position. E-mail addresses are indicated in the section “In case of problems with NPD”.
